Trying to do a clutch dump and then onto the brakes to hold the car but the throttle body shuts down. Is there something similar to the autos inferred movement setting that will work since it seems missing on the manuals?

You still have your traction control set to 50.
Whats your torque source or throttle angle source say when the throttle closes?
