Idle Surging when coasting out of gear

I'm having some issues getting the car to come back down to idle at a quick and steady rate when I push in the clutch and put the car in neutral. Looking at the scan it seems to want to pull timing to bring the car down to idle target but then overshoots and has to add timing back in to keep it from dying. It does this about two or three times before it comes to a rest at target idle. If you look at the log file you can see a clear case of it doing this at 12:19:50 to 12:19:59. Any thoughts as to what I can do to get this corrected?

What I usually do that cures this is, zero out your idle adapt spark control coast table's. under and over.
for your base/coast idle spark advance put 25deg across the board.
