Is there any way I can force the trans to downshift at ANY speed or rpm when its in TUTD mode ?
I tried to max the downshift speed table but it didnt work.

if you set your downshift speeds higher it will make it downshift between gears at those speeds.
beware though that it will also prevent an upshift into that gear until your over the downshift speed.
