Cranking Advance still logging after start-up

Is it normal for the scanner to be showing cranking advance at 4 degrees even after start-up? Trying to chase down why my my base advance and spark are so far apart, and this is one of the PID's showing advance. It's difficult to understand and chase down all of these modifiers... I actually have all the advance PID's added to my channels, and the base advance for instance shows 18.6, then the cranking advance is 4.4 but the actual spark is 12.5....

Hello, Did you ever figure this out? I am having the same issue but the amount of added cranking advance varies on what the ECT was when it was started, and it is consistent with the Cranking Advance Table.

Yes did you ever figure this out, i noticed mine does this too showing cranking advance. Even after i stop log and restart log while engine is running already. I fooled around today and started the truck, then hooked up scanner and cranking advance still showed up. Strange I see tons of questions on this but no answers so not sure if it's actually effecting anything.
