    2008 dodge can't flash new dodge computer

    I was wandering if anyone has run into this problem, new ecm from dodge and it will not take anything but a stock flash. Does anyone have a work around or fix? I this tune originally with EFI Live several years ago and haven't had any problem until the ecm died just a week ago. I tried flashing the efilive tune back in it but with no success. Before I pay for a HP license I was wandering if this will be the same issue?

    You need to flash in the patch file. There is a tune block on the new ecm's, flash the patch file in and then it will accept a modified flash.
