Check your spam folder. Our ticket system sends an automated response with your ticket number. We likely replied and your email ate it, not much we can do in that case.

Negative Bill, Ive watched it solely because I was eager to get the 3.7 beta and knew there was a chance it went to spam even though it never did before I didn't wanna miss it, Idk what happened tbh.

Guess I'll send another request and see what happens.

Both versions, assuming that support has posted it for you, are in your Customer Center. The Beta version uses a newer and different format for the data.
