    I have a customers vehicle in here with the same exact issue. It has a 2006 truck calibration, X link and newer 4 bolt gold throttle body. It works 100% with the engine off but when running you can rev the shit out of it and it responds perfect...once you let it idle down it will limit the throttle to 31% one time and maybe 21% the next time you start it. The APP shows 100% and there are never any codes stored. He is running a 09359409 MAP sensor on a fabricated aluminum intake. The MAP scaling is still stock 06 truck.

    Im going to try ETC TPS limit and report back.
