What is TipIn/ TipOut/ Trans Trunc?

Referring to the fuel & spark cut tables under the torque managment menu, What is TipIn limit/ TipOut limit/ TipIn Osc/ and Trans Trunc?
Does anyone have a good description for them? What do they acutually mean and what do they do?
I'm trying to fill in the blanks
    Thanks

You need to look at it in the ratio actual torque/ requested torque. Engine brake torque divided by ETC torque or desired torque will get you the ratio. An example would be during tip in fuel or spark can only be cut to the point engine brake torque is .8 or 80% of requested torque. Setting it to 1 disables it because then fuel and spark can not reduce engine brake torque more than the torque requested.
