Do the Torque calculation tables correspond with the active mapped points? I'm only using a few of the mapped point in my current tune but I want to modify the Torque calculation tables now.

Yes
Why do you want to modify the existing tables? Are you having issues with the IPC closing the TB? Is is stock? The torque tables are pretty darn close for stock and relatively light to medium modded engines.

I haven’t gotten that far in my logging yet, I shouldn’t have said it wanted to modify them I really was just curious to know it they corresponded to the active spark tables.
Excellent. Logging the MPs is a great idea. As said before, each MP maps spark, and in turn, each MP represents a cam location that points to each related torque and inverse torque tables. The speed density maps are also related to MPs. 2015+ Coyotes have the IMRCs relative to MPs as well. Depending on your calibration and the year of your car, you will probably discover that some are not utilized.
