    Running into a similar issue w/ id1050x's in a coyote turbocharged fox swap a customer brought to me..did this ever get solved? Read every post and this is very similar to my issue, but I have yet to throw any parts at it. I'm just getting started with my searches. Thanks.

    Use the data in the excel file from ID website for return style fuel system and work great
    just increase FP with a return style system

    The problem I started the thread on ended up being a faulty brand new Motorcraft plug. Since I did a few things at once, I figured the O2's are brand new Motorcrafts, they got installed an never checked again. If you're having this problem on one side of the motor, definitely swap left and right or try new O2's, I bought some $50 o2 sensors to throw on and my datalogs instantly changed. There are a lot of suggestions in this thread for rich stft.

    Also since I'm posting a more recent, since this thread was started, I've went through three sets of o2 sensors due to condensation during very cold ambient temperatures. The o2 has a heated element that gets very hot. If any moisture splashes or hits this element, it will shatter, and will need replaced.

    Just to name a few, my bad O2 sensor symptoms were
    rich in one bank
    which also lead to rich in both banks
    idle would be richen as much as -30%
    MAF/Fuel trims not taking the adjustments
    random misfires
    WOT lambda read .69 and .71 in one bank
    Fuel source - Open Loop Fault
    Fuel Source - Injector Cut
    MAF Period would reach as high as 1000us
    When adjusting fuel trims based on datalog results, the fuel trims would be out of order.

    Thank you for the reply. I discussed this all with the owner and found that he has one o2 extension harness on bank 2 and not on bank 1. I also had him put brand new o2s in it, but yesterday when I jumped back on it its still exhibiting the same issues. I guess I'll be pulling plugs next. I verified the best I could that the injectors are fully seated but he is running a Holley Sniper intake which I'm not a huge fan of. They do seem held in place correctly, but all of your characteristics you were going through match my issues. This is on VP racing C85.

    In general, it is always a good idea to check your HEGOs, especially if using some sort of decent octane booster (Torco, Boostane etc). After 3K miles and occasional Auto-X use, my HEGOs had some particulate coating as well as some coating on the Brisks as well. My boosted Coyote reacts positively to new Brisks and new HEGOs. BTW - I have found the best price on the Widebands (upstream) from Rock Auto. Bosch is the OEM HEGO for S197 Mustangs and the upstream (HEGO) part number is 17321, $47.00. I believe they use DENSOs on the S550s.

    This car just got 2 brand new Bosch HEGO's two days ago. Still .71 on bank2, 2-3% correction bank 1. Trying to find some plugs with the quickness to get this thing running. Any recommendations of best plug for c85 and 9psi on a stock gen 1 coyote?

    Swapped injectors bank to bank and it made a change, but not really anything better, just a different amount of screwed up. Got some good info from a trusted tuner that mentioned he has found there is an additive in C85 that clogs injectors, so I may be experiencing some of that. Along with the Holley Sinper EFI intake which I'm not 100% sure is sealing at the base of the injector. I have my next round of things to check.

    I picked up a set from Rock Auto months back and still haven't put them in, hahaha.

    I got under there one day, put a wrench on an old one to remove, and put an absurd amount of force on it. Didn't budge.

    Maybe I'll bring a MAP torch next time I try.

    Good info, thanks for writing that up. Hard earned knowledge!

    I guess the MAF period going so high is because when it is pulling 30% fuel, it assumes the error is in the MAF and adjusts the MAF rate value?

    Did anyone ever resolve this issue ? I am having the same issue. I have a forced induction 2013 with return style and ID1700s and at idle it is commanding 1.00 and the actual is .67 to .70 and the short terms are +23% If I Clear the KAM it will idle at 1.00 stft stay at +/- 1 for just a few seconds then the STFT go to +50 and the eq goes to .67 to .70 and the STFT are still at +23% . I've battled with this all day . I have never had this issue before and have had the same setup for 2 years. the only difference is that I went from E85 back to Gasoline and retuned it on 91 octane . IDK if the problem was present On E I had not logged it in a very long time . The last time I logged it it was fine.

    try to multiply idle maf period by .85 and see if STFT change

    One thing of ive have noticed with these, if you use an aftermarket o2, it wont last, period. Stock, boosted or otherwise. They will not hold up. I cant tell you how many of these ive fixed crazy random issues, that turned out to be caused by aftermarket o2's. Use factory pieces, and no the rock auto motorcrafts are not legit. Buy them from a dealer.
