Under row axis, I choose the parameter (Mass Airflow Period), choose the unit (ms) and paste my values. I save the graph. When I open the graph back up, values aren't there.

What are you doing when you 'save the graph' and 'open the graph back up'? Saving that individual graph, saving your overall layout, or something else?
