Ford Mustang GT Intake Manifold

We put a new intake manifold ( BOSS 302 ) on mustang gt but the engine not working with new intake, so from where in hp tuner we can adjust it so we can cycle the engine ?

Car should run without tune changes. Make sure every sensor and everything is plugged back in correctly... Also make sure the battery is good. I know it might sound silly but I've seen many people seriously trying to diagnose a no start after a new part install when they just drained the battery

And make sure the EVAP solenoid valve is still installed. Had a car come in for dyno the other day that the valve was simply omitted and the EVAP line hooked directly to the intake manifold. massive vacuum leak.
