Flex Fuel Kit

Can someone help me with installing a ethanol sensor onto my 2008 Silverado 5.3l.

I have a sensor and harness in mind but I'm not exactly sure they will work.

If these will work then what pin on the computer do I need to wire it to...

If anyone has done this and wired there's up correctly please help me out!

Yes I could use one of those but I'd like to take the cheapest route possible. Plus I still don't know which pin I need to run the wire to.

If you buy the kit you get the support of the vendor selling it. Dave will take care of you. The cheapest route is rarely the best route.

Glanzer Performance have some flex fuel kits, just got mine from there..... nice and simple. Couldn't get mine from another place wanted to charge a fortune for postage to Australia.

J1 Connector, Pin #40. Right next to the yellow wire for the MAF. This is the basic setup I used.

This kit contains the following.
13577429 E85 Sensor
13352241 Wiring Harness
13575575 Wire and Pin connector
RUS644123 (X2) Russel quick connect 3/8 in. to -6AN fillings.

Be careful when adding the pin in the J1 connector. It is very easy to bend/twist/loosen/break wires or otherwise ruin connections. I found out the hard way.
