    TCM short shifting

    Hello all.

Ok, so I had my TCM tuned with HPT before I switched over to HPT. It was all good, shifting @6800 every time. Once the switch and ECM tune was done, the TCM basically "bricked". It will shift right at 6000 now, sometimes lower. Also on the dyno, it was short shifting early as well. The tuner said that the TCM is showing 6800 shift points, but its not shifting there.

I went into the TCM/trans portion of HPT on my laptop and it shows the shift points set at 6800. Weird. Any thoughts to those that have used HPT?

Ron, did you change anything before reflashing via HPT?
