    What is your ticket number?
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    Seriously???,

So the customer will be hear in around 4hrs after 400km to have the issue fixed. Surely 1 week is enough time it has been over 2 weeks from initial date the Support ticket and file was submitted,

Very Poor support when cant even respond to Support emails, But i guess you have already been paid for the credits so there is no monetary urgency for you to reciftfy.

Sometimes the solution to a problem is not easy nor quick to find, considering they don't have access to the car

Hptuners Wrote the vin to ecu which is great, but appears to have affected the Vid Block which disabled the cruise control.
Not Ground breaking stuff just needs to be re enabled in the Ori File so i can write it and problem solved.
Not Sure Why it Take 4 weeks to do so.
