    What the heck happened to my injector duty?

    I'm working on dialing in my SD tune. While on a drive, at WOT I got this tremendous hiccup, a couple of short sharp lurches, and then it goes. I do another WOT a couple of seconds later and it's good.


    I've been driving maybe 50kms a day tuning and this happened once yesterday and once today. I can't repeat it, it just happened randomly.

    I've attached the SD tune I'm running and the scan log, it's @ 33.15.973

    The truck normally runs strong.

    You should go to DTC's and set P0101, 102, 103 to fail on first error and uncheck the boxes. I have my MAF table zeroed except the first block which I have at 15.0. I don't know if that's the problem, but you are not really in SD until you set the dtc's.
    On PE, I have my rpm delay at 0, but I have a blower. I would at least reduce yours to 1500 rpm's and the ramp in to 1.000 or a little higher. Mine is at 2.000.
    Dou you have a wideband on this?

    Hi

    Yes I have a WB.

    I'm not sure what MAF table you are referring to. Engine Diag > Airflow > Mass Airflow Sensor > Maximum Delta Airflow - P0101 Error ??? And please explain why it should be zero except the first cell.

    Maf Table is Engine--Airflow--Maf Calibration. Click on that and your maf calibration comes up. If you are not using the maf, You don't want the computer to reference the calibration. Leaving the first cell populated gives it a split second to switch to sd mode. A lot of people do not zero this table, this works on my car. The P0101,102,103 is under Engine Diagnostics--DTC's. Be sure and save the changes as a different tune so you can go back if you need to.
