i was having the exact same problem and i'm glad in a way i wasn't the only one. i'll probably have my THIRD LC-1 back (keeps blowing analogs) about the time the new release is out and we can both find out if it's gone away

But isn't the cig lighter always hot?
Or did you put a switch inline to be able to shut the LC1 down when not in use?

you can't shut down the LC-1 with the sensor in the exhaust tho. what's the point of the switch?

I usually make my customers take me out for a quick bite...I turn it off when we go inside to eat...
also I leave it in my car when I'm not tuning so I have it ready when I need to test some new beta stuff....so I need it to turn off when I am not in the car

    *** Update ***

Tonight I made sure the heater ground wasn't going through the EIO, and made sure everything else was going through pins 5 and 6 on the connector. I'm guessing the data drop-outs was the issue, because I now no longer have this problem. Looks like 2.1.12 fixed it all!

Now to give RTT a workout this weekend as I redial my VE table for a changed complex cylinder charge bias value...can't wait!
