    Commit failed

I got a "commit failed" message trying to license a 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT8 manual. Never got this message before and was wondering if anybody else has come across this error. I saw a post a few months ago about someone posting about this. But it didn't have a resolution posted.

means you are out of license slots, you'll need to open a support ticket.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I did open a support ticket. I just had a customer waiting on this so I figured I'd post it in here also. Thanks for the reply. I'll wait for the email response and proceed from there.

How long before they resolved your issue? or could you explain the process to resolve this myself?

The process is to upgrade to the MPVI2.

I have a few cars to tune.
    Is there another way?

You could purchase a new MPVI2, however none of your credits/licenses will be transferred over so its definitely not the way we'd recommend.

Well I don't want to lose credits. I emailed support. What time are they normally in or are they all at SEMA this week?

You can upgrade via your devices page without anyones assistance, simply login, purchase the upgrade and follow the instructions.

I'm sorry you're having troubles and we'd love to help you. Have you already opened up a support ticket? If so, do you have your ticket number so that we can review the status? If not, please open a support ticket here: https://support.hptuners.com
