I just bought a '68 vette that had an ls1 with 4L60E installed. Owner sold right after swap and I bought from third party. Car slams the gears and chirps tires even when accelerating like a granny. Since I have no clue what stock pressures, rpms, quickness were, I'd rather get it back to stock and work from there.

If you log into your customer page on HP Tuners website there is a tune repository that you can use to reference stock tune files to get the information you need.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
