Old Chevy inline 6 install questions 4.3 or 5.3 wiring

I want to do a install on my 250 Chevy inline 6

I want individual fuel injectors and individual coil packs.

Would i be better to do the 4.3 or the 5.3 wiring harness and ecu ?

you have an issue you need to look into there bud. the ecu your probably talking about is an 0411 which is used in v6 and v8 applications. problem here is your inline cylinder engine fires at different degrees per cylinder than a v series engine does. therefore cylinder 1 might fire at 10* but the rest likely will not because each cylinder has a different degree for tdc when compared to a v engine. you need to check and make sure you can use the V engine firing degree first.
