It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Bill, is this an item that needs to be fixed on an individual basis? I am running into a very similar issue right now on my 17' Denali running the latest VCM Suite software (3.6.26.0), however mine states "Response Pending - Retry Later".

    Thanks in advance.

Edit - problem solved, internet went down in the shop right as I tried to pull the file.

That is how it should work. More details in the gen 5 section, I recommend you look through the stickies there.

We need to generate a manual key in this case, should be resolved by the end of the business day today.

I have the same issue on my 2018 ZL1. I get the "web exception" error each time. I'm guessing I need a manual key? I have a support ticket that I'm waiting on a response to. 3.7 Beta lets me log the car, but I still can't do a read on it.

Anyone have any advice on the 2018 E92A controllers? Software will read ecm data however when attempting to save file for editing I get a file checksum error. This truck has the 6 speed transmission and I was able to edit that without an issue. Ive done multiple 2017 trucks without an issue. Is there something different with the 2018?

This problem requires a bit more attention for us to solve. Please open a support ticket so we can further assist you. That can be done here: https://support.hptuners.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit

For Future reference, these newer PCMs take up to 15 minutes to unlock. If "Internet" is highlighted in blue text on the 'Read' screen, you're going to have to wait until it's unlocked. I typically try every 5 minutes after the initial read.

Thanks for the information. I've tuned a lot of them, but have only run into this problem a couple of times.
