It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Bill, is this an item that needs to be fixed on an individual basis? I am running into a very similar issue right now on my 17' Denali running the latest VCM Suite software (3.6.26.0), however mine states "Response Pending - Retry Later".
Thanks in advance.
Edit - problem solved, internet went down in the shop right as I tried to pull the file.

Guys I am still having this issue with an E92A PCM. I tried removing and reinstalling HPTuners but still getting the same Web exception, Not success no matter what I do.
I get 43.3% complete in requesting access, then it fails.
I AM TIRED OF THESE E92A TUNING ISSUE'S!!!
Today, I am having this issue with a 2016 V6 Camaro (E82/T87). I get an immediate failure message.

2017 camaro web exception not success, version 3.6.26, internet connection, ticket id 98791. Need to tune car in the AM, how to fix this issue? Followed the instructions.
I have the same issue on my 2018 ZL1. I get the "web exception" error each time. I'm guessing I need a manual key? I have a support ticket that I'm waiting on a response to. 3.7 Beta lets me log the car, but I still can't do a read on it.
Anyone have any advice on the 2018 E92A controllers? Software will read ecm data however when attempting to save file for editing I get a file checksum error. This truck has the 6 speed transmission and I was able to edit that without an issue. Ive done multiple 2017 trucks without an issue. Is there something different with the 2018?

Customer has 2017 ATS-V with E92A ECM, O/S 12678648, solid internet connection and is receiving a similar error message:
Controller Unlocker: Web Service - Response Pending
Should we open a ticket or just keep trying?

Thanks for the information. I've tuned a lot of them, but have only run into this problem a couple of times.Originally Posted by HackAbuse
