read ECM, made 2 changes, wrote ECM and now no start

2007 Mustang GT. I read the ECM into the current beta of editor, made 2 simple changes and then wrote it to the ECM. The car will not start and smells like raw fuel. Never had this happen before. Does the same thing on the file that I pulled from the ECM as well.

Thoughts?
