Your new mpvi should've come with a new app key, if not email support and we can get you setup.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Looks like you received your interface before we were able to enter it into the backend of the system, I've forwarded the information to our sales team for resolution.

you realize that I am the customer that asked for a cloned cable option for tunershops?

you realize I first contacted you 1 month ago for a solution?? (email records show I contacted you on 8/1/2017)

you realize I have 16 tunes (and counting now) on backlog just from this week???

you realize that adds up to minimum $4800 lost total revenue (on my base tune level price)?????

I hope you understand how silly not offering a cloned cable tunershop option is beginning to sound!!

If you allowed me (and other tunershops) to have that option it would be priceless the amount of value that spare interface would bring to my business!!

The idea that I would sell said interface for $1000 (as you and Keith have suggested), $20000, or even the $60000 that I have invested is absurd!!!!

I hope you realize that even if a tunershop cloned interface option never becomes a reality there needs to be a better solution for customers than what I am currently dealing with!!!
