    Purchased HP Tuner last week and on the first vehicle I got validate checksum error

    Bill, I purchased the HPT last week, can you get me an ETA on the fix for this vehicle?



    As instructed, I emailed support the files and info, I also asked for an ETA on the fix file.

    I have not heard from them.

    Can you get me an eta on the fix please?

    I was contacted by support, they must have found a fix this week(as I bought it last week), and are having me send the unit back for a fix. Hope all goes well, thanks support!

    After getting the unit back it works like it should on the 2004 dodge cummins
