missing credits

Hi HPtuners,

i am hoping you can help

i got 8 ford credits when i bought the MVPI

I bought 2 more today

The email i received from HPtuners after i bought the 2 credits today says i have 10 ford credits - see below
Total GM Credits: 0
Total Ford Credits: 10
Total Dodge Credits: 0

i cut and pasted the application key into the filed in the hptuners software located here --> help --> application keys

When i check the license information under help there is no mention of the available credits underneath any of the three tabs.

please help
