I just got hptuners and i got the vcm scanner to work but when I tried to get connected to the vcm editor, it wouldnt let me. When it goes to "Preparing VCM" it says failed. It says then at the bottom that "Request High Speed Mode(All Nodes) Timed Out". So I unchecked the high speed and it did the same thing. Then this time it said "Boot Loader Download Request Timed Out". Hope this makes sense. What do I need to do?
not sure, what year/make/model vehicle? Was it tuned previously by anyone?

Its a 2000 camaro. It had a diablo tuner tune on it but i returned it back to stock when I got hp tuners. Not sure if the other owner had a tune on it....I doubt it.

Was the scanner still connected? Typically that is the fault.
Vehicle was probably running while he was trying to do a read. At least thats what I came across recently
