here you can see my matching serial numbers. I paid the 4 credits, tune my truck with 3.2 beta, just downloaded the new 3.6 and can no longer tune my truck since upgrading. I cant even flash my stock tune back in as it is asking for 4 more credits. I contacted tech support and got the response of ...."tough $hit" pretty much as you can see.

do I need to buy 2 more credits or 4 more to tune my truck ? I already bought 4 in may this year and trans tuning was not available. please let me know if a new license needs to be issued.

It's asking you for more credits because the trans tuning cost more. When you go to flash it you will have to tell it to not write trans and it will let you flash. If you want to be able to tune trans you will need to buy two more credits.

This^^ when you click "write" and the box pops up, there will be a drop down that says "write entire." Click on that drop down and select "engine only."

Per something I read on another thread, the 4 credits includes both. 2 for the ECM and 2 for the TCM...

It wouldn't let you, it sees the trans I'd number and forces you to ad 4 more credits,

I just got off chat with Bill, I let him remote in and see the vins match. he said no refund and if I choose to do a charge back then he will freeze my hptuners serial.
Bill could you please refund me my money? your glitch didn't allow me to flash my truck without new credits. so again, ive been a customer since hptuners started. why screw over a customer bill?
