    MAF Tuning with Wideband

I am having an issue with tuning the MAF on 2004 F150 5.4 3V.

I have disabled the COT, Flange Temp, O2 temp, and DFCO. Also adjusted Fuel Base to be 1.0 on entire graph.
I logged MAF Voltage vs LTFT and that seems to get close.
I have also logged MAF Voltage vs STFT With and without having LTFT disabled (as seen on this Forum, Still dont understand part of that).
I have set up the Wide band to do an Error % based upon lambda, using Equivalence Ratio Commanded - Bank 1 as comparison.

The problem I am having is that the Commanded Ratio is not staying at the Fuel Base of 1.0. At Idle is stays close, .96-.99. Driving it drops up and down from .84-.92ish. This makes the Wideband error very large due to the actual afr staying close to 14.56 all the time.

Is there a way to tune the MAF with Wideband? Why is the Commanded Fuel not staying 1.0? Are my attempts in the right direction?

put the truck in open loop, set tps for open loop high then tune away.
