Hey guys....Can the WB O2 LSU 4.9 sensor be connected directly to the MPVI Pro or do I need an interface? If it can, connections diagram or instructions please

Nope. The wideband sensors need a controller to manage their heater and ion pump currents. The WB sensors don't actually output AFR/Lambda. You kinda have to kick them, and, see how they respond. That's why the controller model makes such a big difference in performance.
