I am working on a standalone setup for a whole house generator using the above PCM. I have been unable to find a pinout for the donor engine I'm looking at, which is a 2013 Malibu with the 2.5L LCV engine. Any help is appreciated.

Currently (2020) swapping an LM4 5.3 and an older 4L80 into a Dodge Durango. My prior projects include Chevy Gen 1 V8 into an FB RX-7, Gen 3 V8s into an FC RX-7, a MK3 Supra, a BMW E34, and an LT1 into a 280Z. Still have the Datsun, a 383 LT4 Trans Am, and some bikes.

Thanks for the info. I found some online wiring diagrams that line up with that fairly well and created a spreadsheet. It's still a work in progress but I'll attach what I have for future use by another.
I also found a site that gives detailed dyno numbers for nearly every car ever made-since my generator has to spin at 1800 RPM, that is the info I wanted. Of all the cheap (<$500) junkyard motors I looked at, the 2013 LCV 2.5L is the 4 cylinder champ. It makes 50.5 HP, while the 2.4L LE5 makes 42.2. The funny thing is that I can pick up a 3.5L V6 out of a circa 2011 Impala for less money and it makes 58 HP. This all has to fit on a 4x6 slab, so the V6 may be too large.
