    Dialing in IAC counts/idle/TPS voltage...

    As the title says,im trying to dial in my IAC counts to 0-20 per the guy that's helping me tune my cars request and I'm having a heck of a time achieving said values.. if my adjustment lets iac counts get to 10 iac counts the STIT jumps up/starts flashing red as soon as iac count hits 10 and then the iac count does a steady countdown to "0" and stays there.. idle seems a little rough and cant seem to get it right, I did the reset after every adjustment and blipped the throttle/waited for it to settle down etc..anybody got a proper procedure to follow for doing this or have any suggestions on what I may be doing wrong? TIA
