    MAP sensor orientation important?

    Would a MAP sensor on an Ecotec still function correctly if its direction was flipped?

    Map sensor (manifold air pressure ) has no orientation.
    Maf (mass air flow ) has an arrow to show which direction it must be placed. Steve
