    They're pretty simple when they don't have emissions equipment.

    How exactly does desired map effect the psi, and what is the ebp relation to this? I can't seem to get my truck to make more than 22 lbs.

    Stock it should make over 22lbs. Check your turbo coupling on the outlet. I bet it's ripped or cracked. EBP is exhaust backpressure. Sometimes the tube gets clogged with crap. I'm pretty sure you're truck doesn't use ebp to adjust boost but it might depending on what program it has. You might start by changing open loop vgt positions. Also you're turbo may be caked on the vanes. But start with the turbo coupling.
