hehe, your already able to read the files and currently thats what we need from you guys specifically

    05-07 Ford Mustang V8 4.6, 5.4
    05-07 Ford Mustang V6 4.0
    04-07 F-Series Gas V8 4.6, 5.4
    03-07 F-Series Diesel V8 6.0
    08 F-Series Diesel V8 6.4
    05-07 F-Series Gas V6 4.2
    07 F-Series Gas V10 6.8
E-Series as well for the same years as the above F-Series

just read these vehicles & send those reads as well as a vcm suite infolog to me at support at hptuners dot com as this will help expedite the process.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

It would be nice to be able to tune Mazda's, being its pretty much the same as Ford

only a few mazda's are really like fords. (escape/tribute, and B series trucks/rangers) The rest are not,

try to read the vcm with version 2.1.18 and do an infolog & send me both to support at hptuners dot com. If you have problems doing either send me what info you can get(infolog or otherwise) and send it to me & I'll see if we can't get you a beta version that WILL read the pcm.

I have an 99 ford ranger 4.0. I havent tried to read the bin on it yet but i guess i can try just for fun. Would be nice to be able to tune it as well as my 06 mazda 6.

    I second this

While it used to be that only a few mazda's were close to fords, it seems that this has become less and less true. Ford now has a "world motor" in their 4 cylinders and they are using them in all fords and mazdas. I would be amazed if they were using different ecu's to control these 4 cylinders across models when they are essentially the same engine. Ditto the Ford 6 cylinders. Obviously mazda doesnt use the V8's...

Let us know what you find out. The only Newish Mazda I have access to attempt to scan is an Rx8, and I kinda doubt it has a shared engine with Ford given the fact it has a weird wobbly triangle engine in it...

I am suppose to pick the care up today, (body shop, mother-in-law hit the front bumper). I will try to scan it tonight. It is a 2006 Mazda 6 with a 3.0 DOHC. It is the same concept as the taurus and escape with just minor tweaking so hopefully we can get the ball rolling on this.

Also I found out that Astin Martin uses the Spanish Oak Ford processor as well. If you need a vehicle I can contact the shop that works on them. I already tried a VCM info read but no dice.
