    Logging MFDES 6.0 Powersroke

Has anyone Logged MFDES (mass fuel desired) during a WOT run to see if it is actually going over 100.....I have logged over and over and changed everything I can think of in the tune to make sure my fueling isn't limited to 100. no matter what I do as soon as I go wot it caps at 100 everytime . I have looked at a couple of other tunes in the repository and mine and their fueling are commanded over 100 MFDES

thank you in advance and if you would.... post up some datalogs that confirm going over 100

I have attached a datalog to show what I am talking about

Quick way to confirm. Is load your table with 100 max all across the top end then load it max and see if there is any difference. Trust me there should be.

Did a pull today, hits a hard limiter at 100. Attached log and tune.

Yea we are working on this....no matter what you put any limiter.... it will cap at 100... we should see at least up to 150...the stock injectors most likely wont handle any higher than that

Odd that it maxes at 100. To get around this I would flash the ficm or modify the hpop tables to max pressure at wot.

I just think its a processing issue with the factory pcm.... the stock injectors will only flow 108 MFDES anyway.... I am not sure on volume..im sure you would feel it cap with that... I monitor smoke and egt for my fueling.... I see more changes there over the 100MFDES cap

Crap it didn't post my picture. Under fuel system on the top bar. Sensor pressure vs voltage and voltage vs pressure. Lower the voltage for max icp pressure to something like 3.5 and the ficm will add pulsewidth.

Not sure that would help since I upped the pw in the ficm already?

You might be out of injector. But it should boost to over 25 easy.

That's what I thought. I wonder what role timing plays in it? In running 9* max right now, not sure if I should push it to 12 or not.

Well I topped out at 28psi on fuel only with 10 degrees so it's fuel limited somewhere.
Or you've got a boost leak. I'm going with boost leak.
