    2006 Crown Victoria P71 Speedometer calibration after 3.27 to 4.10 final drive change

    Vehicle: 2006 Crown Victoria P71
    Issue: Speedometer calibration after 3.27 to 4.10 final drive change
    VCM Editor Version: 3.6.26

    For Attempt #1 I changed the following

    * Final Drive Ratio
    * From: 3.27
    * To: 4.10

    For Attempt #2 I changed the above and the following

    * VSS Tire Revs per
    * From: 767.00
    * To: 758.00

    Each setting change did not alter the speedometer being reported via OBD or
    on the instrument cluster itself.

    I've tried a couple of variations on this, to no avail. ( Apart from drastically changing the VSS Tire Revs Per Mile )
    Is there something I'm missing here?

    For what it's worth the tire size I'm currently running is 225/60R16

    Any input on this issue would be appreciated. Thanks!

    So I was able to figure out the issue.

    In Speedo->Calibration I was only seeing "Gear Ratio & Tire Size" as well as "Sensor Calibration"

    In this post: https://www.hptuners.com/forum/showt...ight=use%20vid

    It mentions "Use VID" to be set from Enabled to Disabled. However I did not see this in my menu.

    I was able to solve this problem via Edit>View>Advanced in the top menubar.

    TLDR: Turn off basic mode in the menu and search the forums thoroughly.
