vcm scanner 3.6.. serial channel

Hi guys I connected a innovate lc2 but the serial channels of the sensor disappear when recording any help with that please

I run the lc2 also I had the same problem but Ive found that you cant have logworks or any other program that uses the serial data port at the same time as the scanner also I found that you need to start the car then plug in your WB usb/serial let your pc recognize it then open the scanner and it should work..
