New PCM and lost connection to TCM

Hello, I purchased a new PCM and put it into the car. The PCM is programed to my VIN, but has adifferent Id.
I think I made an misstake and did`t reed the file from the new PCM but just tried to flash it with my MPVI. After some attempts it worked, but only when the ignition was turned off first.
But now, I?m no more able to flash it, I recieve the message: not licensed, which was to expect I think.
How will I license the PCU now and do I have to buy new credits?
I took back my old PCM and are able to flash it without problem.

But I`m not able to flash my TCM, also there is no mesage when trying so. It?s working on stock software, and I?m not able to change anything. Is this a fortune or sticking together?

when ever you replace a PCM you have to license it.
