    Probably a rookie error

    Tried to start slow read program saved it. Then reinstalled it afterwards. Tried to start and no crank no tran selector no communication with bcm. Can't figure out what I've done wrong

    What do you mean by re-installed it?

    There is no need to like flash the stock calibration file back into the vehicle after you pulled the file and saved it.
    2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

    If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

    Agreed was just going throught the motions learning the process before I changed anything

    Try recommunicating with the pcm. You might be able to reflash it.

    Bought new body control module installed it and had dealer flash bcm. All a pears normal. Is there any chance I caused this? Has anyone heard of this happening before? Any knowledge is greatly appreciated

    I've seen bcm codes lack of coms on dodge when I flash it. But not on gm.

    It threw 0140 code. That was when I started in the path I took replacing the bcm and programing it
