Years ago they were much more cooperative on such things. With a phone call I used to get them to give me other options. The last few years they have become pretty rigid about what they allow.
no you can do this with HP Tuners.

Thank you, ZR1DRIVER. I understand now. I thought since you mentioned the chassis module that you knew a person at ACDelcoTDS that was nice. I am dieing to get better access to GEN4 and GEN5 BCMs.

Zr1 driver and I are in contact, and he will test my solution next week, because I dont have a car available that quick.
Meanwhile I am 100% sure it is the map I mentioned above, which is not in hpt
It is a axle torque limitation. Also we found out that this limitation is not as bad on the '16 models then on the '18.
here a small update after talking to dertobi. i was able to create a .xdf from the hex address where we are suspecting the torque reduction and put the definition in hp tuners.

the next days i will run some tests on the dyno but i?m sure we are on the right track.

wow thats awesome. How did you end up doing that? and where did you get the access to this? Im guessing winols was used or something to explore the rom. Is that what the custom parameter option HPtuners offers??? Best of luck in finding the issue

ZR1driver gave the hint that it must be in the system calibration...i fired up my Winols and found that pretty quick
I knew it must be in the ECM but I didn't know where to start searching, there are pretty much differences from US to EU model when you look at it in OLS

HP Tuners dont support this table. you need to know the adress in Hex and do the definition by yourself with user defined parameters.

i still have to check if it work but i'm sure it will.

Wow! Thankful for your research and input! And anybody stuck with that torque table should be even more thankful for a revision.

If you send the definition to HP Tuners they will usually add it to the Beta version.

Is it possible that you could you pass the info to HP-Tuner support so they could add this parameter to VCM Editor ?
