from the sensor I have the power and ground covered...the white wire is the wire that goes to the VCM...do you hook it to the NB 02 cable or run a wire directly to the VCM....BTW where is the VCM on a 02 TA...where to find a diagram?

VCM is under the cowl on the passenger side. Look for a wad of wires.
If the white wire is narrowband output it goes to the ppl wire of the Narrowband sensor.
