2003 ford 6.0l powerstroke - egr monitor shows incomplete

I'm tuning a 6.0L Powerstroke Excursion.

I'm trying to get the EGR monitor to show as complete. I'm set everything I can think of to "No Error Reported".
Is there anything else I can try?

The EGR is installed and functioning properly. I just wanted to make sure I could get it all working OK before I go for more power.

Why do you need it to show "Complete"? You don't really need it to show "complete" before you start adjusting your tune. I wouldn't worry about it. EGR codes don't lead to derate on your model. 03's Stock strategy doesn't turn the MIL on with EGR flow faults. Neither does 04.

If the EGR is installed and working properly, on the stock tune, does it ever show that it was completed? It should complete within a few drive cycles.
