is there a program or interface that can access the GM ABS module ?
is there a program or interface that can access the GM ABS module ?
tech 2 can but you're very limited in tire size options.
i fought this fight years ago on a c6 and never won.... good luck
Running a 305/45r17 mt on the back 28" and a 215/50r17 front 25.5" about 4.2% too much for the G8 EBCM (camaro ss wheels on a g8 with g8 fitment tires put it at about a 4.1%) and I was getting that same code with my own G8 ,a C0245
..what we are missing is the fact that a tire diameter isn't always the listed diameter at every pressure and the ABS module doesn't seem to see it that way either...
After asking Hp to include those same parameters for driven/undriven etc. and not really getting anywhere with them I realized it was only half the battle I set the front tire pressure to 40, backs to 26 boom No abs, brake, tcs dash christmas tree anymore...
Id still pull the fuse on the track just incase it decides to go berzerk but for the street its been fine and I've driven way over 5 miles with it ...I know its not the perfect solution but being within the recommended front tire pressure still I feel its ok at least until someone cracks the Ebcm programming to fix it.
that's what I ended up doing as well,, I have logged many miles with no issues and the abs is less sensitive to kick in when I don't have the tcs switched off during hole shot starts
46 psi in the fronts
30 psi rears
To my knowledge in working with the guys at HP tuners all of these are now in V4 on the E67/E38 ECMs.

I only have a few of these in my E38 OS 1250235. But they were there a while ago... I don't have most of these, I do have a problem with 4000+ transients so I always look at anything transient related.. all I see related to that are Power Enrich related things that I also don't have.. who knows, I ask for them, maybe they will do something. Thanks for posting these!

Are there any guru's looking at the T43 & specifically why 6th gear is locked out above 150mph/240kph.
I have a couple of cars that can easily power 6th gear at wot above these speeds but they will not shift & will actually downshift by themselves from 6th gear at any pedal position once u hit those speeds.
I have V4 and still don't have a few of those 10_SS ..Im e38 Pcm...every time I ask they are checking on it , I guess it doesn't really matter too much though anyway knowing it was really only half a fix since we cant do anything EBCM to correct for a drag pack and for liability Hptuners isn't going to ever add that ability, so until someone else cracks it this seems like a fix.
Tire pressures might help other guys with the same issues was my main thing, I know camaro guys dealt with it for a while so I wanted to make sure it was out here on the interwebz since I haven't seen anyone post it anywhere.
