I had to manually select this transmission "hardware". It didn't work. I'll open the proper support ticket.

I have emailed to support with the VCM suit info files and a print screen.
I'm not able to read it with the latest BETA.
Controler FAIL TO START as error message.

What exactly are the details about this cable? I ordered one. Just curious if it was a one-time purchase to be able to access all 18+ dodge/jeep. Or if needs one per vehicle, VIN locked? Also, does this mean that we no longer have to send in the PCM for unlocking? Thanks!!
According to the Facebook post, it requires both a ECM unlock and the cable. I think the cable is to defeat a vehicle buss protection above the ECM bootloader protections.

Are you talking about the Double Bypass connector? If so it plugs into the STAR connector in the trunk and bypasses the new security module that shuts down the OBD2 connector when you attempt to flash it.

the instructions are on that page in PDF. It shows where it goes. I do want to say I don't know if this is the same cable HPT is selling but I guess it would have to be.

Does reading out the 2018+ Dodges require our laptops to be connected to the internet while reading-out? once the special cable is installed?
