this typically would mean you already have the year/model license for this vehicle hence the 0 credits. It does the same even on gm when you've done a few single vcm licenses & then upgrade to the year/model or unlimited license. Not a bug.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

so does anything need to be done for that to apply? or it just happens automatically?
would be great if we could actually see what the model was, or at least the vin. none of those are actually v8s
