Procharger sent 39 lb injectors with a kit for a 2012 charger 5.7, does anyone have injector data for these injectors? I found a calibration sheet on Ford Website, but it doesn't translate over very well.

Yeah it's not going to translate over since Dodge uses InjPW vs Fuel Mass. I might have the data, let me check.
I'm pretty sue what Procharger gave me are the 39lb Ford, which are 59lb on the 6.1 at 58psi. I will see if I can grab one and check the part number. I'm in the same boat, upgraded to Fore dual pump return style with DW 95lb injectors and cant find the correct data for them.
This is what I had running 8lbs

rsgators2001,
Do you mean that you can't find the data for the DW 95's for a return style setup?
They have data for the 95's but I'm sure it's for a returnless setup.

I have reached out to procharger looking for the data as well, if they do not reply by Friday when I go back out to work on it, I will give that data a shot. In any event, I will put an update here on what I come up with.
Jay, I tried it but not much luck as it was done on a hellcat, Mine is 2010 6.1. I'm getting closer though.
lol,,Sure it does,,,,if you know what you're doing. Its a little tedious in Excel but not hard.
It's been a few years since I messed with the 39lb but this is straight off my Excel spreadsheet using Ford's data. It should idle and drive perfectly
