I've installed vcm suite finally realized where my drivers are I'm good there, but all I have in files is set up wizard, and a video? Any help is appreciated. I've contacted customer support, but hoping someone can give me a heads up
Windows 8.1, and laptop doesn't have a CD drive.
I realize this place is pretty dead lol. Can anyone tell me if trying to install hp tuners to a laptop with no hard drive is my problem?

Hard drive, yes. CD drive, no.
You need to log into your customer page to download the latest 3.6 software. If you haven't made an account you must do that.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
Yeah I've been trying to do this on a Hp stream laptop. Guess I'll go pick one up that will work. Thanks guys
