    LML Duramax diesel cannot read

I am aware that the 2011 Silverado Duramax Diesel cannot be read.

I provided the two files and submitted them a week ago and have not heard anything.

Bill, can you get me an eta on when I can expect the file from support?

responded, looks like a new def.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Did this get resolved? I'm having the same problem with a 2011 and was told to replace the ecm. I'm just trying to confirm that I have no choice.

Yes with efilive, You have to get the version for outside the country or get someone outside the country to make a tune.

Yup. Just had this same issue yesterday. Would not read correctly. Had a weird screen that I have never seen before. Said the ECM was not for this vehicle. Seemed to be a stock vehicle but had been to a speed shop and though maybe it had a tune with a locked ECM. Have an issue with a P0301 with a balance rate of +11.2 on cylinder 1 has good compression and had 2 number 1 injectors so I was looking at a bad ECM. Thought to myself let me check it out with Editor and got that screen.

Why does the lml show up as a supported vehicle then? So you're saying even if I replaced the ecm, I still wouldn't be able to tune this truck?

Is it possible to flash over the computer if you licensed a stock tune from the repository, could you flash that into the computer?

I would like to know how there would be a "stock" tune in the repository if you can't read even a stock tune. ?????

Well, I haven't found an '11 tune in the repository, but I think there was one from a '12.
