    No response from support email

    I had trouble with this 2013 Dodge not wanting to write my tune file. Controller init. Failed upon write. Was able to read stock file off/log with stock file. I emailed support and got one reply requesting the two tune files, an infolog, and debug file. I sent in the requested files, and it's been more then 8 days now... Then I've made the mistake of emailing again which now see bumps you down the list. HELP! Pls pls.

    What is your ticket number?

    I replied to the email(with four more files for you to look at); it still didn't work. It DOES let me write to the TCM if I tell ECM "do not write"; but fails immediate if I try to write to ECM(controller init. Failed). I dont believe I ever got the notification that's supposed to happen on the 2013's about the software control module update. What's next?
